WEEKENDS ONLY. FRIDAY, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAY. SOME PER DIEM WEEK DAYS AVAILABLE.We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team. As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute illness management, medication administration, and urgent care management standards.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses- Order and interpret diagnostic tests- Develop and implement patient care plans- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:- Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of [FLORIDA]- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner- Strong knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, and medical office procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
