Anti-aging Integrative Functional Medicine such as Hormone Replacement Therapies, Aesthetics, Weight Management, and Male & Female Sexual Dysfunction Therapies is the fastest-growing medical industry in the world, and we are seeking a part-time (20-24 hours per week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide world class care in a highly supportive environment.

This position offers a competitive hourly base pay of $53.00 per hour.

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at New U Wellness, you will be a medical provider offering exceptional patient care and performing a variety of procedures, including the in-demand medical services related to hormone replacement therapies, aesthetics, medical weight loss, and men’s and women’s sexual wellness. You will work in a supportive and innovative environment, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while adhering to established protocols. Your role will involve client outreach, conducting patient consultations, performing health assessments, preparing treatment rooms, and educating patients about procedures and aftercare. You will also monitor patients during treatments and provide follow-up care to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert advice and screening during patient consultations
• Conduct thorough health assessments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before procedures
• Educate patients about procedures and aftercare instructions
• Monitor patient comfort during treatments and provide follow-up care
• Client and patient outreach and follow-up
• Adhere to Coastal Medical & Vitality policies and procedures to ensure patient safety

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant program
• Current state-issued APRN or PA-C license
• Familiarity with HRT, medical weight loss, and aesthetics treatments and therapies
• Has a strong understanding of GLP-1 (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) protocols
• Experience working in an aesthetic practice or medical spa setting
• A minimum of one year’s experience administering Botox and Dermal Fillers
• Minimum of one year’s experience working with Aesthetic lasers
• Ability to stay updated on the latest cosmetic trends and techniques
• Proven experience in meeting benchmarks pertaining to patient retention, revenue, and reviews
• Ability to bring a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetics knowledge, and a compassionate, heart-first approach to care
• A commitment to patient goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• BLS certification required

EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES

• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
