We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team and serve our diverse patient population. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Perform minor procedures and interventions as necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in primary care.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a similar outpatient setting.
• Strong preference for foreign-trained Medical Doctors (MD) with an active NP or PA license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication, clinical, and problem-solving skills.
