Aesthetic Medical Provider (Experienced Injector)

Perfect B is expanding our clinical team and is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident, skilled, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
This role is ideal for a provider who already has a strong foundation in injectables, values precision and consistency, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a modern, forward-thinking aesthetic practice.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Independently perform advanced medical aesthetic procedures, including:
- Neurotoxin injections
- Dermal fillers & facial balancing
- Biostimulators & Radiesse
- GLP-1 injections & peptides
- Scar subcisions
- Laser / IPL treatments
- Deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results aligned with Perfect B standards
- Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, and post-care expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and front-of-house team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Stay current on products, protocols, and advanced aesthetic techniques
- Contribute to education, training, or marketing initiatives as needed
Who You Are
- A licensed NP or PA with hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine
- A confident injector who can independently manage consultations and treatments
- Patient-focused, composed, and efficient in a clinical setting
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, expectations, and pricing with patients
- Growth-minded, coachable, and receptive to feedback
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Motivated by long-term professional development in aesthetics
This role is best suited for providers who already have injector experience and are comfortable practicing independently. While onboarding and protocol alignment are provided, foundational injector training is not the focus of this position.
Schedule & Availability
- Position begins part-time, with opportunity to transition into full-time based on performance and clinic needs
- Clinic hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
- Schedule based on clinic needs
- Consistent availability is essential
- Evening and Saturday availability needed
Compensation & Growth
- $50–$60 per hour starting rate, based on experience and clinical proficiency
- Monthly performance bonus averaging $700–$1,000+
- Bonus eligibility active from day one
- Strong long-term earning potential as clinic volume continues to grow
- High-performing providers have the opportunity to significantly exceed base compensation through performance incentives
As part of our investment in onboarding, training, and professional development, this role includes a 12-month commitment agreement. If a provider voluntarily separates or is terminated for cause within the first year, repayment of certain onboarding and training expenses may apply.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Florida license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology
- Proven experience with injectables and facial aesthetics
- Laser/IPL experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Ability to work onsite in Doral, FL
