Position Overview:
As our Surgical Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between our patients, staff, and surgical team. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their aesthetic journey—from initial consultation through post-procedure follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and promote cosmetic procedures
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including consultations, scheduling, and follow-up
- Maintain consistent communication between patients, the surgeon, and clinical staff
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every patient through professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or medical sales is required
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven or consultative selling environment
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – professional, articulate, and confident
- High energy, self-motivated, and highly organized
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Outstanding customer service orientation and personal presentation

Pay: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
