Physician Assistant (PA) – Hair Follicle Transplant Specialist

The team is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant with hands-on experience in hair follicle transplantation to join our surgical staff.

Position Summary

The PA will play a key role in surgical hair restoration procedures, patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented provider who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures
• Execute graft dissection, placement, site creation (if within scope), and procedure setup
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations, medical histories, and patient consultations
• Participate in treatment planning, including hairline design under physician supervision
• Provide post-operative instructions, follow-up evaluations, and ongoing patient support
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with surgical technicians and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 2+ year of experience in hair transplantation (FUE required; FUT preferred)
• Strong technical skills with high attention to detail and fine motor precision
• Comfortable working in a cosmetic or aesthetic medicine environment
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team

Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
