Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Orthopedic) – Boynton Beach, FLSign – on ($5000) & Relocation bonus available!Job Type: Full-time (on-site)Schedule: M-F (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm)- no nights, weekends, or callPay Rate: $ 140000 – $155000 Annual
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial orthopedic visits including but not limited to diagnosis, ordering imaging, and referring patients for in person care when appropriate.
- The in person visits will be at PCP offices (rotating locations in SE Florida) performing orthopedic exams and injections.
- Build trust with patients through empathy, knowledge, experience, and shared decision making
- Communicate and collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other members of the Icon clinical team
- Create the patient’s personalized treatment plan and along with your dedicated care coordinator, determine next steps and navigate the patient through the journey
- Participate in Icon product enhancement through feedback on the current technology platform
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years as a PA practicing in outpatient orthopedics with experience in multiple subspecialtiesCurrently hiring providers licensed and living in or willing to move to Southeast Florida
