Job Description:

We are an established integrative and regenerative health practice seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to build, lead, and grow our regenerative medicine division. This position requires experience in regenerative therapies such as: PRP therapy, joint injections, trigger point therapy, peptides, stem cells, hormone optimization, and weight loss management. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient wellness, proactive in care delivery, and committed to staying at the forefront of regenerative medicine

This is not a traditional employed position.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial clinician who wants autonomy, leadership, and long-term upside without owning a practice.

This starts 1 day/week as a 1099 role, with autonomy and a path to revenue share and leadership.

Clinical Scope

  • PRP and orthobiologics
  • Stem cells and exosome therapy
  • Joint and trigger point injections
  • Peptide therapy
  • Hormone therapy
  • IV Therapy
  • Orthopedic evaluations and regenerative treatment planning

Candidates must be comfortable performing procedures independently and managing patients from consult through treatment.

Leadership & Growth Responsibilities

  • Build and operate the regenerative medicine service line
  • Educate and convert regenerative medicine patients
  • Participate in marketing, workshops, and community outreach
  • Collaborate with chiropractic and functional medicine services
  • Help refine protocols, offers, and patient experience
  • Function independently with minimal day-to-day oversight

Compensation Structure

  • Initial 1099 independent contractor position
  • Hourly or daily rate during the initial build phase
  • Transition to percentage of collected revenue based on performance
  • Significant upside tied directly to growth and results with significant earning potential

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a clock-in/clock-out position
  • Not a fully scripted or micromanaged role
  • Not a short-term fill-in position

Compensation

  • 1099 independent contractor role

Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient consultations
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients and provide appropriate follow-up care
  • Council patients on different treatment options
  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal complaints
  • Administer PRP injections, joint and trigger point injections
  • Manage peptide and stem cell protocols
  • Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapies (HRT)
  • Support medical weight loss programs and ongoing patient follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team
  • Commitment to continuous education and professional development in regenerative medicine
  • Commitment to marketing and community outreach

Qualifications:- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida, Valid DEA License- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant from an accredited program- Maintain CEUs as required by the state of Florida- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant with clinical experience in regenerative or functional medicine- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation practices- Familiarity with electronic health record systems- Strong clinical skills including diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our office is a multi-specialty clinic that also provides Chiropractic, Massage, Functional Medicine, Laser, Weight Loss, Thermography, and other modalities. It is a collaborative environment and many of the referrals to the medical department will come from other providers in our clinic as well as patient referrals. Our clinic has been serving Southwest Florida for over 20 years and we are excited to expand our medical services and add to our growing team.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
