Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and experience in functional medicine and hormone optimization therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations, including reviewing labs, medical histories, and symptoms
- Develop and manage individualized BHRT treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Educate patients on BHRT, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Florida
- DEA license or eligibility (if applicable)
- Experience in hormone therapy, integrative/functional medicine, or women’s/men’s health
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
- Passionate about wellness and patient-centered care
