Full Job Description
Our internal medicine practice needs a Nurse Practitioner to help cope with our expanding roster of patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for taking over many of our new patients as well as some of our existing patients. We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about internal medicine. We focus on encouraging our patients to pursue preventive care, such as wellness check-ups, as well as informing us immediately of changes in symptoms.
Responsibilities as follows but not limited to:
– Perform physical exams
– Must be able to review laboratory and radiology tests
– Create treatment plans
– Prescribe and refill medications as needed
– Documenting patient histories of EHR and maintain up-to-date and accurate data in patient computer files.
– Must be a Nurse Practitioner licensed in accordance with the laws in the State of Florida.
