OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant – Certified to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced private clinical setting, assisting with vascular surgeries, vein procedures, patient assessments, and comprehensive care delivery in various settings (office, surgery center, and hospital). The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing patient health.
Responsibilities
- Work closely under the supervision of Dr. Ramdev who has over 25 years of experience.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and vital signs assessment.
- Conduct clinic and hospital patient rounds.
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
- Perform clinical procedures including, assisting with surgeries, wound care, varicose vein treatments and basic aseptic techniques.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health coaching to promote optimal recovery and health outcomes.
Experience
- Prior hospital experience in medical-surgical units, ICU settings, or emergency medicine is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, or eClinicalWorks for documentation and data management.
- Hands-on experience with outpatient clinics or specialty practices focusing on vascular or vein treatments is preferred.
- Certification in BLS and and ACLS is mandatory; additional certifications in advanced airway management or critical care are advantageous. Pay: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
