Practice Setting

• Inpatient focus with first-assist responsibilities in the OR.
• Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center.
• No outpatient duties-concentrate on complex cases.

Schedule

• Full-time need-40 hours per week.
• Must commit to at least two weeks per month.
• 1:4/5 weekend/night call rotation among PAs.

Cases and Procedures

• Inpatient rounding and surgical assisting in a multispecialty setting.
• Manage both adult and pediatric neurosurgery patients.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of neurosurgeons and APPs.

Requirements

• Active Florida PA license and current board certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Neurosurgery OR setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
