South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is a private Orthopaedic multi-specialty group practice located on the sunny southeast coast of Florida. We are seeking a full-time licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse (APRN) to complement our existing Interventional Pain Management team. The PA/APRN will work directly with our outstanding team of Pain Management physicians to optimize care for a variety of pain management patients in a clinical setting. Must work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate an exceptional bedside manner.
Our board-certified, highly trained Interventional Pain Management physicians specialize in providing the finest care, using their background in anesthesia and PM&R. Patients are referred to SFO Pain Management program by our orthopaedic surgeons, including spine surgeons. Following the initial assessment by the Pain Management physician, the PA/APRN monitors and documents the patient’s improvement through medication management, physical therapy treatment, and/or injections, as applicable.
Job Summary
- Work with our Interventional Pain Management physicians to provide comprehensive patient care in the clinic setting
- Clinic of established patient visits, patient education, and post-procedure follow-up
- 100% clinical
- No on-call responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, PA/APRN team, Physical and Occupational Therapy to deliver the best in patient care on the Treasure Coast
