About Us
Opticare Medicine PLLC is a private Internal Medicine practice led by Dr. Dung David Nguyen, an experienced Internal Medicine physician affiliated with Orlando Health. Our practice provides comprehensive outpatient care, hospital medicine, perioperative medical management, and telemedicine services throughout Central Florida.
Position Overview
This position is designed specifically for a recent graduate seeking structured mentorship and progressive clinical responsibility.
You’ll begin with paid weekend hospital coverage, working directly alongside Dr. Nguyen. As your experience and confidence grow, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into additional weekday responsibilities and ultimately a full-time Advanced Practice Provider position within our expanding practice.

Qualifications
Required
- Graduate (or upcoming graduate) from an accredited NP or PA program
- Eligible for Florida licensure
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for patient care
- Willingness to learn
No prior experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude, professionalism, and commitment to learning.
