About Us:
Insulinic of Florida is a growing chronic care and wellness clinic in North Miami Beach specializing in diabetes management and metabolic health. We provide personalized, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting and are expanding our endocrine services to meet growing patient demand.
Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Endocrinologist for a highly flexible part-time role. This position is ideal for a physician who wants to remain clinically active without the demands of a full-time schedule, including someone easing into retirement, returning to practice gradually, or looking for a limited monthly commitment that can grow over time.
You will step into a supportive practice environment with an existing diabetes patient base, built-in referrals, and operational support already in place. This role begins with one in-person clinic day per week, with the option to add telehealth follow-ups and expand your schedule as patient volume grows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient endocrine consultations and follow-up care for referred patients
- Evaluate and manage diabetes, thyroid disease, and other endocrine and metabolic conditions
- Collaborate with the clinical team on individualized treatment plans
- Support high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in telehealth follow-up care as appropriate
Qualifications
Required (All Must Be Met):
- Board-certified in Endocrinology
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
- DEA registration (if applicable)
- Ability to participate in a hybrid care model, including one in-person clinic day per week in North Miami Beach, with telehealth services as needed
Preferred:
- Outpatient endocrinology or private practice experience
- Interest in lifestyle, root-cause, or functional approaches to metabolic health
- Spanish and/or Creole language skills
Schedule:
- Part-time to start: one in-person clinic day per week (flexible)
- Telehealth follow-up flexibility as needed
- Opportunity to increase clinic days as patient volume grows
Compensation:
- Revenue-share model
- Alternative compensation structures may be considered for the right candidate
