An Excellent Nurse Practitioner, NP, ARNP needed for a Family & Geriatric Medicine Practice!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate team player, with great bedside manners and multitasking abilities, to join a growing office specializing in Family & Geriatric Medicine. You will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services to patients in a primary care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Past medical background and Creole know-how is desired.
Our patient base includes strictly NO OB or Peds.
We are an office based practice with no hospital or SNF/ALF rounds and early closing on Fridays, starting the Weekend earlier than everyone else!
The practice is flexible; family oriented and understands that each employee has individual needs.
Off course, we expect work ethics, initiatives and smiles in return!
Salary is negotiable and, though it is a part time position, it does include malpractice, healthcare reimbursement & a bonus package.

Duties:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Perform diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with MD as needed, to develop treatment plans- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques- Assist with coordinating referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed- Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic medical record systems (like eMedical Practice)- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
