Full Job Description
Duties:- Provide primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work -Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including discharge planning and utilization management.- Offer family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and reproductive health screenings
Skills:- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in a wide range of medical conditions and treatments- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess complex medical situations and make appropriate decisions- Attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis, treatment plans, and documentation- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
