Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PA-C to join our healthcare team. As a PA, you will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including children. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Duties:
– Perform physical examinations and health assessments
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
– Prescribe medications and treatments
– Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
– Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
– Valid PA license in [state]
– Master’s degree
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PA in a primary care setting
– Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner, Athenahealth, Epic)
– Strong clinical skills including venipuncture, IV insertion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
