Atlas Urology is a growing, independent urology practice in Manatee County focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an efficient outpatient setting. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team.

About the Role
You will work directly alongside a board-certified urologist and an experienced team, helping manage a wide spectrum of urologic conditions. The role includes both clinic and procedural exposure, with the ability to grow your skills and responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage urologic patients in the clinic
- Assist with diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as BPH, kidney stones, overactive bladder, prostate cancer, and men’s health issues
- Perform office-based procedures (training provided as needed)
- Collaborate closely with physician and team to optimize patient outcomes
- Help keep care outpatient-focused and efficient whenever possible
- Contribute to a positive, patient-first culture
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Strong work ethic and team-first mentality
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate
- Interest in urology (experience preferred but not required)
- Desire to grow with a practice long-term

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
