Eagle Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant. Eagle Health provides U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) with occupational health services as defined below. This includes providing examinations; clinical and lab testing; first aid; urgent care of occupational and non- occupational injuries; medical response services (including emergency response as needed); health and wellness training education, and consultation programs; and immunizations, immunization assessments, and allergy assessments for approximately 1,000 employees.
Duties include:
- Treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform physical examinations, administer travel vaccinations
- Evaluate for need for further healthcare
- Order necessary labs and procedures
- Provides patient education
- Determine medical diagnoses and develop plan of care
- Assess plans of care for effectiveness and adjust as necessary
Job Requirements:
- One year of relevant Occupational Health experience
- Master’s degree in related field, preferred
- BLS certification
- Valid Physician Assistant license for the designated work location
- Must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
