Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to work with a well-established medical practice with clinics in Maryland and in Wilmington.
New Grads are welcome to apply. Will need to become licensed in both MARYLAND and DELAWARE. (Both Maryland and Delaware are Compact Nurse License States, therefore it should not be a challenge to quickly obtain the other)
This practice cares for musculoskeletal issues, and you will be taught to give thorough musculoskeletal evaluations to diagnose various conditions for procedures and care. If needed, they will teach you Trigger Point Injections, Joint Injections, and to prescribe medical braces. For patients diagnosed with spine conditions, a double board certified physician will do the spine procedures. And for a patient needing a pain killer, you are to follow CDC prescribing guidelines.
Ideally, the practice would like to hire an APP with a Physical Medicine, Pain Medicine, Orthopedic, Rheumatology, Neurology, Sports Medicine, Spine, Urgent Care, Emergency, background.
This position requires that you work in Wilmington and another clinic outside of town.
Salary depends on experience, but a ballpark range is $115K to $140K. Benefits are also offered and will be discussed directly with the practice.
