We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Shelton, CT.

  • Outstanding opportunity to join a well-established private practice and work alongside a highly reputable, board certified internal medicine physician
  • Our practice provides the full scope of chronic and acute care to patients ages 15+, with a focus on quality patient care
  • Full-time schedule offering great work-life balance with a 4-day work week, and no evenings or weekends required

  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills

California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
