We’re actively recruiting per diem healthcare providers in the CT area to support urgent care centers with flexible PRN coverage.
Opportunities available across:
- Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinics
What You’ll Do:
- Pick up local PRN or short-term coverage shifts
- Provide high-quality clinical care within your specialty
- Work directly with facility teams, no recruiter back-and-forth
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide urgent care services for patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on clinical research and advancements in urgent care practices.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Manage pain medicine protocols for patients requiring pain management solutions.
- Address pediatric concerns as needed, ensuring specialized care for younger patients.
Qualifications
- Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred; familiarity with inpatient settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed about current medical practices.

Who We’re Looking For:
- NPs & PAs licensed in CT (EM, FM/IM)
- Must hold active CT license and be in good standing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $70.00 – $90.00 per hour
