Open Positions: Primary & Urgent Care Providers(MD / DO / APRN / NP / FNP / PA)

Specialty: Primary Care & Urgent CareLocation: Norwalk, ConnecticutJob Type: Full-TimeWork Setting: On-site / In-Person

Schedule:

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly
  • Three weekend shifts each month
  • Weekend coverage is included within the regular schedule

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking dedicated and patient-focused Primary & Urgent Care Providers (MD / DO / APRN / NP / FNP / PA) to become part of our growing clinical team throughout Connecticut. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care including evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Conduct annual wellness visits and urgent care evaluations
  • Review medical histories and perform physical examinations
  • Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results
  • Develop and document individualized patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and self-care management
  • Coordinate care with specialists and internal healthcare teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure quality patient care
  • Participate in process improvement and quality assurance initiatives
  • Support health education, preventive care, and community wellness programs
  • Follow organizational policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut medical license with prescribing authority
  • Experience diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical conditions
  • Background in Primary Care and Urgent Care preferred
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $120,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
