- In this role, you will provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
- It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.

- Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
- Quarterly Bonus of up to 5% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores and quality measures.
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
- Minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience in an Urgent Care, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine setting required.
- Experienced and licensed treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
- Licensed in the state of Connecticut as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required.
- The compensation rate encompasses a foundational base rate (commensurate with experience) plus shift differential. Opportunity for additional earnings contingent upon the attainment of bonus metrics, which include but are not limited to patient satisfaction, clinical quality, patient visits per hour and daily volumes.
