Do you have a passion for Orthopedics? If so, we have the position for you! Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to work alongside our highly esteemed, board-certified, shoulder and elbow surgeon Dr. Corrine VanBeek! In this fulltime role, you will work in both the office and operating room settings to assist Dr. VanBeek in providing pre & post op care to our patients seeking elective orthopedic surgeries as well as orthopedic consults. In this role, you will also triage patient phone calls/needs &mentor support staff.

Fulltime; Monday through Friday – 2 days/week within the Operating Rooms at either Stamford Health – Tully Health Center or Stamford Hospital. 3 days/week within our offices in Stamford or Wilton.

On Call Requirements: 100% telephonic; 1 weekend per month required

1) CT Physician Assistant License required upon hire

2) A minimum of 2 years of PA experience required; orthopedic surgery experience highly preferred

3) BLS certification required

4) ACLS certification required
