Job Description: Physician Assistant
Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our dynamic orthopedic practice, specializing in spine care. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier clinical support, consultation, and treatment in collaboration with our spine surgeon, managing follow-ups, walk-ins, and general orthopedic cases. This role demands a high level of expertise in orthopedic settings, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the spine surgeon with patient follow-ups and walk-in consultations, ensuring comprehensive care and attention to patient needs.
· Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for both spine-related and general orthopedic conditions.
· Provide expert clinical support and consultation, collaborating closely with physicians to ensure the highest standard of care.
· Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-operative care, and general orthopedic health management.
· Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
Qualifications:
· Current Physician Assistant licensure.
· Minimum of 2 years experience in an orthopedic setting, with a preference for those specializing in spine care.
· Strong clinical skills with the ability to independently assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, supporting physicians and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: $112,000.00 – $137,000.00 per year
