We have an exciting new opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our private practice located in East Haven CT. Our practice has been providing quality care to patients for over 20 years in a primary care and internal medicine setting. As the nurse practitioner or physician assistant, you would join a collaborative team of MD’s, NP,s and PA’s and see patients in our clinic setting. You would be working a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and no on call. This is a full time permanent position with full benefits included. Please see job highlights for more details.
Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 + bonus incentive

Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
Seeing patients in clinic setting and performing physical exams, follow ups, same day urgent visits, pre ops, and hospital follow ups
Working closely with Providers on site
Speaking with patients about medical history and evaluating health
Documenting notes in EMR system
Working with adult patients 18 years and older
Requirements for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Graduated of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant school program
Good communication skills
Prior internal medicine/primary care experience a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
