We have an exciting new opening for a full time Physician Assistant or Family nurse practitioner for our growing organization in lower Fairfield County Connecticut. Our organization is geared towards providing our patients with the best care possible. As the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner you would be working with other medical providers to deliver a wide range of treatments to patients who need care the most. You would be seeing roughly 10-12 patients per day in a primary care setting. There are no weekends or on call included in this role. Please see job highlights below for more details.
Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Location: Greenwich CT
Compensation: $130,000-150,000

Responsibilities for Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner:
Developing treatment plans and prescribing necessary medication to under- served community
Collaborating with attending Physicians to accurately diagnose and treat patients
Reviewing patient medical history reports
Documenting all necessary information in EMR systems
Performing physical exams
Giving vaccinations when necessary
Requirements Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner:
Must have active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
Preferred 1 year Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience
Active Connecticut state medical license
Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
