OverviewBusy primary care practice in Fairfield, CT is looking to onboard full time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. You will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree and graduation from an accredited master’s degree NP / PA program required.
Certified as a NP by the ANCC Or Physician Assistant Program
EXPERIENCE: New graduates or candidates with one to two year experience with outpatient adult primary care patients.
LICENSURE: A valid Connecticut medical license, Connecticut Controlled Substance
Registration and Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification.
Skills
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable and proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs),
- Reliable, fast learner must be conscientious and detail oriented towards the provision of Quality Medical Care and appropriate medical follow-up, as well as accurate, comprehensive and timely documentation.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Willing and able to work in a team and as a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $129,379.00 per year
