About Magnolia Medical GroupMagnolia Medical Group provides Medication Assisted Treatment, Addiction Counseling, Psychiatry (both general and addiction focused), and Peer Support services provided by board certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Counselors in a non-judgmental, harm-reduction focused, and caring practice. We have three outpatient clinics in the Denver area. We also bring many of our services into other inpatient facilities in the area.
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Psychiatric Physician Assistant OR Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role will be rounding in a skilled nursing facility in need of psychiatric care for their residents 2-3 days per week. This facility is located in Thornton, CO. Magnolia currently provides MAT and counseling service in this facility; therefore, you will be a part of a team of our providers in this location who can offer collaboration and support. The role will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment – including medication management for residents, many of whom have co-occurring disorders. The other 2 days per week will be filled with seeing patients in person at our Wheat Ridge location near I-70 and Kipling.
Required: Licensure valid in the state of Colorado.
Required: Related specialty designation to psychiatry and/or behavioral health
Required: At least 3 years of Behavioral Health work experience.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
