Competitive salary: $130,000 to $205,000 per year with monthly productivity bonus

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Transformative Patient Care: Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment interventions for individuals of all ages. Develop personalized care plans that combine psychotherapy, medication management, and integrative therapies like nutrition, mindset, and social prescribing.
• Lead with Compassion and Expertise: Build strong, therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, empowering them to engage in their treatment journey.
• Specialize in Advanced Treatments: Gain hands-on experience in TMS and Spravato therapies, becoming an expert in selecting, administering, and managing side effects. Help patients navigate innovative treatments that are changing the landscape of mental health care.
• Collaboration and Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs and collaborate with other organizations to make mental health care more accessible to underserved populations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Maintain an 85% schedule utilization rate, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients.
• Achieve high-quality patient care visits that meet 99214 reimbursement criteria in at least 85% of visits.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction levels exceeding 90% through empathetic and effective care strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited PMHNP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PA license in Colorado and board certification (PMHNP-BC).
• Experience in psychiatric settings, with a minimum of 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant
• Passion for advancing holistic, integrative care and a deep commitment to patient well-being.
