Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our client’s Orthopedic Center in Lone Tree, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with spine and musculoskeletal conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine care, or pain management.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations, to diagnose and manage spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, emphasizing non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging and lab work, to guide clinical decisions.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinic operations, including preoperative and postoperative care as needed.

Pay: $50.86 – $75.70 per hour
