Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our client’s Orthopedic & Pain Management Center in Lone Tree, CO. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with spine and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations, to diagnose and manage spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, focusing on non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging and lab work, to support clinical decision-making.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinic operations, including preoperative and postoperative care, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine care, or pain management.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
