Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our client’s Orthopedic Center in Lone Tree, CO. As a PRN Physician Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations, to diagnose and manage spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, focusing on non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging and lab work, to support clinical decision-making.
- Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinic operations, including preoperative and postoperative care as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine care, or pain management.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
