MA/PA For Mental Health Clinic

Rose NeuroSpa is a new beautiful healing center providing FDA approved alternative mental health solutions. Our facility is located directly in our community with a spa-like environment. We hope to destigmatize mental health issues and bring cutting edge solutions to help eradicate such conditions such as MDD, GAD, PTSD, OCD, others and support and alleviate co-existing conditions such as substance use disorders. This is mental health care, reimagined!
How you’ll serve our patients
As our Medical Assistant/ Physician’s Assistant, you will work in coordination with our PMHNPs and Psychiatrist to implement our Ketamine modalities including Spravato, Intramuscular and Intravenous ketamine strategies.
Once trained, you will provide patient care as well as manage the REMS program required in order to offer Spravato under the supervision of our medical team and clinic director.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
- Greeting and checking in patients in for daily treatments. Scheduling patients for initial treatmetn protocols and managing the maintenance scheudule.
- Set up and monitor all aspects of the Ketamine treatment sessions for patient comfort and vitals accuracy. Manage the REMS program and communicate with the REMS team on any required follow up.
- Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Monitor patient during treatment for abnormal reactions.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to clinic director
- Record encounters and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
- Submit and manage new and mid treatment Prior Authorizations
- Must haves
- High School Diploma or associate’s degree
- Patient friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing attitude, confidence
- MA or PA Certifications
Bonus Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in patient care in a mental health setting
- Experience and understanding of prior authorization processes
- Experience in working with Ketamine or TMS

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
