Otolaryngology Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Location: Lakewood and Littleton, Colorado

Practice: The Colorado Ear, Nose and Throat Group

Job Type: Full-Time (4 days/week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate is seeking a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about learning how to perform common ENT procedures such as nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, otomicroscopy and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive ENT care in diverse adult and pediatric patient populations under the supervision of board-certified otolaryngologists
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans and perform procedures such as biopsies, cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy and otomicroscopy
  • Participate in surgical procedures as first assist and provide post-operative care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and audiometric evaluations
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment options, medications, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications:

  • Licensed PA-C in the state of CO
  • Both experienced and new grads are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $107,813.00 per year
