Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in hormone therapy to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who values evidence-based care, patient education, and long-term therapeutic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving hormone therapy
- Initiate and monitor hormone treatment plans, including dosage adjustments and lab interpretation
- Provide ongoing patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Stay current with best practices and clinical guidelines related to hormone management
Qualifications
- Current PA license in Colorado NCCPA certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated experience in hormone therapy
- Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), endocrinology, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, inclusive, and ethical care
Preferred Experience
- Experience in endocrinology, women’s/men’s health and wellness medicine
- Comfort managing long-term hormone therapy patients
- Familiarity with EMR and telehealth platforms

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
