In this role, you are the driving force behind our patients’ transformational journeys. From evaluating hormone levels to recommending tailored treatment plans, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing men’s health.
This position is full time Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Duties:
- Evaluating patients for low testosterone and prescribing testosterone therapies to optimize hormone levels. All Gameday locations are under the supervision of qualified physicians
- Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Gainswave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Viagra/Cialis
- Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results
- Provide patient education
- Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
- Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and a Receptionist
- Maintaining clinic census goals
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience with hormones, Peptides, and men’s health is preferred.
- Active license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado
- Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration
