Full Job Description
Specialized internal medicine program in Denver, Colorado is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their team for an outpatient clinic-based role!
This is a fantastic opportunity in one of the most popular cities in the country, and the team is also very willing to train! Candidates will need to have previous experience in internal medicine, hospital medicine, neurology, or another relevant field to be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No call, no weekends, no nights
- Outpatient clinic only
- Position is part of a specialized bone health and TBI clinic for a neurosurgery team
- Focus on high risk osteoporosis patients and patients with concussions and mild traumatic brain injuries (TBI)
- Collaborate with fellowship trained neurosurgeons and established team of neurosurgery APPs to develop treatment plans
- Non-surgical hospital consultation follow-up, including spine fractures and nonsurgical cranial patients
- Optimize patients for surgery including appropriate medical work up and expanded diagnostic testing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in internal medicine, hospital medicine, neurology, cardiology, or other relevant specialties
- Ability to obtain Colorado Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA License
- BLS/ACLS
