Porch Light Health is looking for a certified Nurse Practitioners and or Physician Assistants to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic based. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts.

This is a rover position, at multiple clinic locations of Porch Light Health. Any travel over 50 miles or necessary lodging/accommodations will be reimbursed by Porch Light Health. When not in the clinic, the provider will be working telehealth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 -$135,000 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday with Saturday Rotation – In Clinic 8:00am-4:30pm
Work Locations: Fort Collins, Greely, Loveland, Longmont, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. The ideal candidate is located in Central Denver, CO
Work setting: In office – Outpatient & Telehealth
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA certification
- license to practice in Colorado
- license to practice in New Mexico (Porch Light will assist if you do not have)
