SynergenX-Low T Center is looking to hire a full time Mid-Level Provider for the Assistant Center Director position in the Westminster Low T Center.

Low T Center/SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients’ lives.
Assistant Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations).

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing
- 1 year experience as APRN or Practicing PA
- Current DEA license and CSR License for COLORADO
- Working Hours M 8-5, T 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5, Sat 8-12p (2 Saturdays required per month) Clinic closes 1:30-2pm daily
SALARY & BENEFITS
This Assistant Center Director Provider position earns a base salary, plus $300 per Saturday with RVUs added (Averaging $259) per Saturday in addition to flat rate without limits or caps for each 4 hour Saturday shift (Minimum of 2 per month required) adding approximately on average $10,000 plus to your base salary per year. Training:
2 Straight weeks Monday to Friday. First week is in Houston with travel paid for minus incidentals, Training is paid as well.
