Full Job Description
Rocky Mountain Regenerative Medicine – Boulder, CO
Part‑time to start (15‑20 hrs/week) with clear pathway to full‑time within 6 months. Competitive hourly rate | Performance incentives | Flexible scheduling
About RMRM
Rocky Mountain Regenerative Medicine blends advanced non‑surgical orthopedics, disease prevention, biologic therapies, IV therapy, hormone optimization, and hyperbaric oxygen to help patients heal faster, feel revitalized, and stay healthy longer. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about root‑cause, preventive medicine and eager to practice at the cutting edge of regenerative care.
What You’ll Do:
Comprehensive Patient Care
Evaluate musculoskeletal injuries, hormone imbalances, metabolic concerns, and longevity goals. Create comprehensive treatment plans and assist patient with implementation.
Root‑Cause Treatment Planning
Interpret expanded lab panels (90 + biomarkers) and specialty tests; craft personalized, data‑driven plans addressing underlying causes.
Minor Procedures
Perform or learn ultrasound‑guided joint/soft‑tissue injections of stem cells and exosomes, PRP/biologic injections, and IV nutrient therapy.
Hormone Optimization and Peptide Therapy
Design and monitor HRT protocols (oral, topical, injectable) for men and women. Recommend appropriate peptide therapies to help clients reach their goals. Develop and adhere to monitoring plans to keep clients on track.
Collaborative Care
Work closely with our medical director, RNs, and wellness partners to deliver 360° care.
Patient Education
Translate complex lab data into clear action steps; empower patients with sustainable lifestyle guidance.
We’re Looking For
- Licensure: Active Colorado NP or PA license. Current DEA license in good standing.
- Experience: ≥ 3 years in hormone therapy, functional/preventive or primary care, or ER/urgent‑care.
- Lab Mastery: Demonstrated skill in interpreting comprehensive labs and creating actionable plans.
- Procedural Skills: Confident—or motivated to learn—in joint injections and other in‑clinic procedures (ultrasound experience a plus).
- Mindset: Curious, evidence‑driven, committed to uncovering root causes rather than treating symptoms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner, collaborative spirit, clear communicator.
Schedule & Growth Path
- Start: 15–20 hours per week (mix of clinic and procedural time).
- Growth: Expanded patient load and hours over ~6 months, with the goal of transitioning to full‑time (30–40 hours/week) if mutually agreeable.
- Flexibility: We will work with you to craft a part‑time schedule that fits both clinic needs and your availability.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly rate
- 401(k), CME allowance for full time employee, malpractice coverage
- PTO & holiday pay (full time)
- Group rate health insurance
- Complimentary or discounted access to clinic services (HBOT, IV therapy, regenerative treatments)
- Collaborative, forward‑thinking environment where innovation is encouraged and patient outcomes come first
