Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will perform, assist, and manage healthcare activities, contributing to our mission of keeping our community active and optimizing patient care. Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional after-work team events or marketing activities in the community.

Regenerative Therapies:

Experience the future of non-surgical care with our state-of-the-art regenerative therapies. Our innovative treatments include Shockwave (Radial and Focused), Extracorporeal Magnetic Transduction Therapy (EMTT), Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA), and Micro-Fragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT). These minimally invasive therapies are tailored to address a wide spectrum of conditions traditionally managed through intensive surgery.

Physician Assistant Role:

As a Physician Assistant (PA) at Dynamic Athlete, you will play a pivotal role in providing elite care under physician supervision. Leveraging your academic and clinical training, you will execute a variety of tasks to ensure patient well-being across a multitude of areas such as sports medicine, regenerative orthopaedics, arthritis treatment, concussion management, pelvic floor and postpartum treatment, as well as aesthetics utilizing biologics, EMTT and Shockwave.

Key Responsibilities:

– Promote and preserve patient health under physician guidance.

– Enhance physician efficiency by identifying immediate and long-term patient care needs.

– Offer recommendations for patient care strategies.

– Execute physician directives effectively.

– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.

– Diagnose abnormal conditions through diagnostic tests and result interpretation.

– Accurately and efficiently document patient care activities.

– Perform therapeutic procedures such as EMTT and Shockwave along with preparing and assisting with biologic procedures.

– Provide patient education and emotional support.

– Contribute to the development and implementation of patient-management plans.

– Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment in compliance with regulations.

Required Education and Experience:

– Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program.

– Colorado State licensure.

– National Provider Identifier (NPI).

– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

– Experience with anatomy/MSK a plus.

– Experience with phlebotomy a plus.

– Experience with Shockwave and EMTT a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
