Position Summary
Redwood Medical is seeking an experienced and passionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong interest in Men’s Health, Hormone Optimization (TRT), Weight Loss, Hair Loss, Sexual Wellness, and Primary Care. The ideal candidate values patient-centered care, loves developing long-term clinician–patient relationships, and is excited to practice in a progressive, supportive, and collaborative environment.
This provider will deliver high-quality clinical care focused on men’s wellness while also supporting general adult primary care services.
Key Responsibilities Men’s Health & Hormone Therapy
- Evaluate and manage patients for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and other hormone optimization protocols.
- Order and interpret relevant labs including hormone panels, metabolic markers, and cardiovascular screenings.
- Create individualized treatment plans for TRT, peptides, and adjunctive therapies.
- Monitor treatment response and adjust therapies per clinical guidelines.
Weight Loss & Metabolic Health
- Provide medical weight-loss evaluations, including assessment of comorbidities and metabolic health.
- Prescribe and monitor medications such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and other obesity-focused pharmacotherapy.
- Counsel patients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
Hair Loss & Sexual Wellness
- Evaluate and treat male-pattern hair loss using medications, supplements, PRP, and hair restoration protocols.
- Diagnose and manage erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and libido concerns.
- Provide education on available treatment modalities including medications, shockwave therapy, peptides, and regenerative therapies.
Primary Care
- Provide general primary care to adult patients, including chronic disease management and acute visits.
- Perform annual exams, wellness visits, preventative screenings, and routine care.
- Order and review labs, imaging, and referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
Team Collaboration & Patient Experience
- Work closely with supervising physician(s), medical assistants, and administrative staff.
- Provide patient education with compassion, clarity, and professionalism.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development.
Qualifications
- Licensed PA-C or NP in the state of Colorado (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, primary care, weight management, or related specialty preferred.
- Strong interest and comfort with TRT, obesity medicine, hair loss therapies, and sexual wellness.
- Ability to work independently with physician support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
