What You Can Expect
Manageable Patient Schedule
- Avg. 12 patient visits/day

Compensation & Bonuses
- Base Pay: $26–$33/hr (DOE)
- Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 based on clinic performance
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $66,080–$80,640 ($31.75–$38.75/hr equivalent)
- Sign-On Bonus: Available for full-time hires

PTA Responsibilities
- Implement treatment programs developed by PT
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises & rehab programs
- Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment

Qualifications
- Active CO license or eligibility
- Graduate of accredited PTA program
- Strong communication & patient engagement skills
