Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will work with both new and established patients, helping develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform minor procedures (training provided)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license (required)
- Active DEA license (required)
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- No being on call or weekend requirements
