This is a rare opportunity in the field of neurosurgery. We are offering the professional satisfaction of managing complex neurological cases without the burnout associated with hospital rounding or surgical call.

  • Continuity of Care: Manage pre-operative workups and provide detailed post-operative care, ensuring patients feel supported through their recovery.
  • Collaboration: Work side-by-side with top-tier neurosurgeons to develop treatment plans and review imaging/diagnostics.
  • Quality of Life Schedule: Enjoy a strict Monday through Friday schedule. This position entails ZERO hospital rounding, ZERO surgical duties, and ZERO on-call requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a provider with a passion for neurology/neurosurgery and a track record of clinical excellence.

  • Experience: Previous experience in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Internal Medicine is preferred. We are also interested in new graduates who completed rotations in these specialties and have a passion for neurosurgery.
  • Licensure: Must be eligible to obtain a Colorado Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain complex procedures to patients in an accessible way.

  • Lifestyle: A health-conscious, energetic community perfect for families and singles alike.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan plus profit sharing.
  • Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Professional Growth: 1 week of paid CME time + $3,000 annual CME allowance.
