Concierge Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Biologic Services (1099 Contractor)
Revivee is a concierge biologic services company delivering in-home medical services focused on pain support, performance optimization, and longevity solutions.
We manage patient acquisition, scheduling, logistics, product procurement, EMR, and compliance so providers can focus on clinical care and procedures.
We are expanding our provider network in Colorado and are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners interested in flexible, per-case work delivering services to Revivee patients within their designated service area.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional employment position.
Role Overview
Revivee providers deliver concierge biologic services directly to patients in their homes or other approved locations.
This is a per-case, on-demand engagement with no minimum volume requirement. Patient visits are scheduled based on provider availability.
Revivee handles patient intake, logistics, product shipping, EMR access, and compliance support.
Provider Responsibilities
When assigned a Revivee patient, providers are responsible for the following:
Patient Intake
- Review patient intake forms and history
- Perform a Good Faith Exam when required by state regulations or Revivee protocols
Travel & Service
- Travel to the patient’s location (typically within a ~20 mile radius)
- Deliver services according to Revivee-approved protocols
Documentation
- Document care in Revivee’s EMR
- Follow Revivee clinical, documentation, and communication standards
Follow-Up
- Provide standard post-procedure guidance
- Communicate any clinical concerns or follow-up needs
Clinical Model
Revivee operates a concierge clinical model designed to simplify provider participation:
- Revivee ships biologic product directly to the provider
- Providers bring basic supplies (gloves, sharps container, etc.)
- Services are delivered under Revivee-approved protocols
- Protocol modifications require Revivee approval and documentation
- Providers maintain clinical discretion within the protocol framework
Compensation
Providers are compensated per patient visit, not per injection.
Compensation varies based on service complexity, with additional compensation possible for:
- Extended travel
- Custom protocols
- Follow-up care when applicable
Contractor Relationship
This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship.
Providers may maintain their own clinical practice or outside employment while working with Revivee.
Revivee patients remain part of the Revivee care network and may not be redirected to a provider’s private practice.
Ideal Provider
We are seeking providers who are:
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- Experienced with procedural care
- Detail-oriented with documentation
- Comfortable delivering services in residential environments
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Ability to travel locally to patient appointments
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable transportation
Experience with procedural medicine or biologic therapies is helpful but not required.
Work Schedule
This is a flexible, on-demand role.
Patient visits are scheduled based on provider availability and patient demand.
