Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Sunny Vista Living Center – Senior Living Community

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift: Days – Sunday, Monday, Tuesdays 6am-6pm

Position Summary:

Sunny Vista Living Center is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents, support clinical operations, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment within our senior living community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes promptly
  • Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
  • Document care and services accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies as appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or senior care preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused mindset
