Elevated Family Care is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of clinical experience in Primary Care. Flexible hours, Monday through Friday, but 4 day work week possible. 36-40 hours per week. No on call. No weekends. Competitive salary with productivity bonus.
